Bridge and the Finland-Swedish colleges of higher learning challenge Finland-Swedish organisations to employ a foreign student from their institutions as a trainee. Bridge and its partners seek to open up the Finland-Swedish society for newcomers. We believe in the added value of a multicultural workforce and also want to show foreign students the possibilities of working in Swedish in Finland, as well as, enabling both Finland-Swedes and foreigners to get a closer peak at each other. The traineeship lasts three months but can also extend over a longer period if the trainee works part time or if the office is closed during summer.
